Paul that is one hell of an impressive collection. Makes me realize how many sauces I have eaten over the years. I really don't have a collection, just a whole helluva lot of half empty bottles. Good get on the Defcon Zeros. I was wondering who got them.

If anyone knows what the bottle with the three metallic waxes is (left of first photo), let me know! I got it directly from CaJohn's last time I was in Columbus, but I've never seen another one like it.

Do you know what it is?? The other Cajohn's bottles are mostly still available on the internet for decent prices, that one I can't find ANYWHERE. Also the "donut" shaped bottle I got from Cajohn's and haven't seen it online.

I have seen them both in other places, but don't recall their names. They're quite nice, I must say!!
 
I actually saw the donut one in someone else's collection, but never the 3 metallic wax one... the bottle reminds me of a hookah.
 
Thanks man, your collection puts mine to shame though! I have about another 60 bottles in boxes right now, awaiting a new home when our new home is finished :) That one shelf is all my wax-sealed stuff though, the rest of my bottles are empties -- badges of honor!
 
Paul I may have something you might be interested in, an OLD Daves Insanity Private Reserve. I think it is a 96. Still in the wooden coffin. Let me know if you want it. I stopped collecting and got rid of most of my $ stuff.
 
well since I put it out there to him first, I will wait to hear his response. If not it's yours. I'll PM you after I hear from him.

That would be interesting if that's it, he had it up on top of a shelf and kind of out of way at their main office, it caught my eye though and I had to have it.
