food Post Your Crappy Spicy Food

Another one of my pre-work, quick lunch masterpieces.

THE PLAYERS:

Left over meatloaf, cubed
Canned black beans
Red onion, chopped
Yellow 7 Pot cross/Yellow Bhut Hot Pepper Sauce
Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
Sour Cream
Juanita's corn tortilla dregs

The wife's left over meatloaf, and chopped red onion get fried in butter.  The key is for the meatloaf to get a nice brown char on it.  (I'll tell you about fried meatloaf sandwiches some other time).

Canned black beans, simmering.

The fire sauce.

Plating #1..

Plating #2 with corn tortilla dregs.

So delectable, only a spoon will do.

On a corn chip throne...BANG!

While I'm on a roll, here's what I was eating/imbibing as I posted the previous stunner:

O'Simcoe IPA w/ fried bacon and hot pepper sauce...BANG!

Not chicharron, but who cares?

The spoon? LOL. Need glasses bro.

I'm with Fiddy, I thought it was a finger close to the lens.  What we really should be wondering is why the pot of beans is on the patio bricks.
