The good season for pepper now also in Italy is ending, in my garden, however, there are still many plants in full vegetation.
In the future I will post some pic in this forum.

I was sick for several weeks which gave me some time to string up some ristras. Although they appear to be hanging, they are flat on the ground on top of a box in this pic.

So colorful... seeing a photo like this just makes like peppers even more!

The orange thai peppers are excellent for stringing up since they dry quickly and are plentiful. The peruvian yellows take a while to dry but have a nice bright yellow look(The ones in the pic aren't dry yet)

I would hang them just for the fun of it, they look nice.
Is it a good way to dry Naga Morich as well?

Nagas wouldn't dry well in most climates without a dehydrator. They'd start to go moldy.

I've been busy now grinding up powders for christmas presents. Something to warm people up in the cold season.

Looks like extra fine powder, how do you make it so clean?

 

[POTAWIE]

I just use a coffee grinder and do small batches although I'd like to find a higher volume method for the future. Oh and I usually pre-grind with a cheap electric chopper before the coffee grinder.
