Powerball 800mil. What would you do if you won?

Powerball is now up to a staggering 800 million US. What would be some of the first things you would do with that kind of money?
 
Probably first thing i'd do is become a ghost and hire some lawyers. My phone number and everything would just get routed to them. 
 
Fancy vacations and all that aside, I would probably get a degree in horticulture and culinary arts. My wife wants one in accounting/business management.
 
I'd like to start my own restaurant or "safely"  invest in the canna industry. Maybe have my own greenhouses and store front. Of course i've read in the past about people that got popped for having large amounts for canna and getting their winnings pulled. This is where the team of lawyers come in I suppose. 
 
Of course i'd also go through a battery of medical and allergy tests to get that shit figured out with me, i'd like to be able to travel and not have anxiety attacks everywhere I stop to eat. 
 
I assume homes, vacations, vehicles.. those sorts of things would be on most everyones blow money list. 
 
My wife is obsessed with England, I wouldn't move there because the home styles are hideous and outrageously priced but we certainly would vacation around Europe. I'd like to visit some asian countries, maybe pick up some rare stds. 
 
I would reside my house and sell it.  After that I would acquire a vast amount of property to take my pepper growing passion to the next level.

You would probably love England.  London is a kick ass town.  The next time I go I'm going to rent a car and drive around the entire country to explore every nook and cranny.
 
Travel the USA.
Travel the Far East
Travel Africa
Travel South America.
First class cruises
First class air and private jets.
First class food.
lots of exercise.
 
Pay off everything and most anyone close everything.
 
Set up trusts for the family and any eventual heirs.
 
Fund research.  Lots of research.
 
Travel.  All over.
 
Dabble in teaching, acting, cooking, writing, drinking and other general debauchery as I saw fit for the rest of my days.  Be my one true crazy self as only I can be but only difference being I'd be rich enough to be 'eccentric'.

I'm the type that no one would suspect was loaded.  I'd still drive old beater trucks and live in a small house but in the meantime anonymously owning businesses to push my lottery winnings to over $1 billion.  $800 million just isn't enough ;) (or more like $400 million after the government steals their share)
 
I definitely would build some amazing botanical gardens too.  Maybe run for President, seems like any clown can do that job right?
 
too bad lottery is illegal in Alaska though
 
I'm up in Canada, but if I somehow won sort of money I'd be paying off what debt I have (along with that of family & friends) - which would barely scrap the surface of a sum like that. I'd get a decent car, maybe a motorcycle (and license) to hang out a bit more with the best friend, some new clothes and a trip to see my brother & his family in Finland.
 
After that? I'd be buying up a -ton- of land. In particular, flat land that is without trees because I'd rather not take away from our oxygen producers (and much of the beauty of my province) to reach my goals. With that land I'd be investing in building massive modern greenhouses that would put to use the latest of technologies in clean energy - wind turbines, solar panels for heat/light, even solar roadways and maybe even the see-through solar panel technology I saw in the news somewhere some time back. Much of it I'd obviously use for growing peppers, but part of it I'd use for growing a range of other produce. The peppers would mostly be used to create an income and look at toying with creating my own hybrids. The rest would be for my own food supply and giving to those in need. Naturally, all this would help create plenty of jobs.
 
I'd also look at creating community gardens to help feed people, along with encouraging people to get back to nature -and- to learn about horticulture to encourage the next generations of folks like us. :)
 
Of course, I'd also be looking at putting plenty into research and education into everything from Agriculture (especially peppers, of course - including DNA testing for new hybrids and all) to energy to communications, etc.
 
Yeah, maybe I have slightly big ideas. lol
 
what are the odds of winning at this point.  I like hearing the comparisons like " your 250 times more like to die in a pogo stick accident than to win this lottery"
