Sliced the beef on bias as thin as possible, and marinated in Worcestershire, Sriracha, Granulated Garlic, S&P and GPS.

Some rehydrated crimini 'shrooms, walla walla sweet onions, sweet-hot peppers and the meat of course. Used Mozz and Gruyère for cheesees, and made a pizza sauce outa Peppercorn ranch, EVOO, Buffalo chipotle & El Yucateco XXXhot sauces.

Gave 'em a 1min fry and turned it off, pulled meat stuff to the handle side and tilted pan up to let it drain a bit.
