Updated the rocket room. Got to put the fridge back in. It will be the fermenting chamber once I get a new controller built.

The inly thing I would have really liked would have for it to be wide enough to put a brew stand in there. If I ever do the complete electric brewery, the sink will be going out and be built into the stand so that zi can incorporate that space into the stand

Learned from a podcast today that Malta Goya works for making a starter (like Fast Pitch, but much less expensive), in a pinch ...

just sugar and water and you can make a quick pinch starter, just make sure to nutrient the shit out of your beer

Going in at 230 dF for 4 to 6 hours.
