Apparently  its supposed to put more energy into the veg state, so more growth instead of using that energy to produce froots. When transplanting into the garden I think your supposed to pick off flowers and froots as well to help lower the risk of shock so your roots can establish themselves.

I figure it's easier for me at this point to just pick them off as I go

Thank you Dev. I wish I could update the glog more frequently. My work and travel are killing me. Hopefully it will slow down.

Look at all those brand spankin new buckets, makes my eyes hurt eh

Off topic - You live in a newer sub Saiis or you and you neighbors are all cool with each other and left the back lots open?

Lowes! FTW.
I wanted to build self watering buckets and then decided that will I will stick to dip irrigation for this year.
More buckets = more plants.

We moved here couple of years back and I my immediate neighbors on are friends ( on the other side,  I have open area).
Our kids love running in the back yard so we decided against getting a fence. But I am pushing my wife to agree to a fence so that I can grow my plants as I wish and not to deal with the HOA. Fuck 'em

Your blue bucket brigade is looking pretty good. Is that a terracotta turtle I see up there? What's going in there?

I get why HOAs exist, but I sure wouldn't want to deal with one. I'd be fined to bankruptcy in a heartbeat.

Nice eye Sawyer. Yes it is a turtle.

Funny how work gets in the way of life! It sure does happen here ;)

My daughter who just sold her first house, had 3, yes 3 HOA's. She didn't know what they really were, and she never consulted us. Needless to say they took her to the bank

@Sawyer: I would be in HOA jail for sure here. A few years ago I was running a 5hp thickness planer, a neighbor who lives 1/4 mile away came over, just to see what the noise was all about. When one runs a 20" wide glued up half of a table top through it, it does sound like a plane taking off...LOL
