Ok, so maybe not really a Po'Boy but still Dang good and the Mustard came out even better then I thought it would!

RM that looks pretty dang good.

I'd probably ruin it by putting a shit-ton(Official SoFlo measurement) of shredded cheese on it and melting it under the broiler.

But I'd keep a side of that mustard on standby for dipping too.

It still looks hot blue and righteous as is though.

Much obliged RM.

For cheapness or foo foo, I love mustard.

Sweet.

Hot.

Horseradish style.

Or mustard seed aioli.

If its made outta' mustard I want it.

Oh and mustard greens too!

Few more day's yet for Po'boy's.

Posty up y'all.

It has come to my attention recently that April is National Grilled Cheese Month or so sez several sources on teh interwebz.

I reckon we'll oblige that and include croque monsieur(with ham) and croque madame(with egg) and all variations thereof.

First "AYE" from a poster will make it so for SOTM April.

No mojo, Adobo, bro.

Looks like he did both.

He's got most of the ingreeds in the pic for mojo.

Married in mojo and then hit with the adobo before hitting the cooker no?

That's the way I'd do it.

Cuban inspired meant a little of both and all the traditional mojo ingredients are there, oil is in the ss measuring cup. I do have to admit, the cooking smell was not very pleasing and for that I was disappointed. I felt bad for the pig knowing my smoker would have done him right. Lessons learned but damn the sammie was GOOD!

JHP cooking aroma aside, the proof is in the sammich pic.

It looks goodern' hell!

Scovalingus ifn' you aimin' to start early on the cheesenessess by all means.

Posty it up!

Mysef' I reckon I'm gonna' wait a few days as I got other sheeit to cook first.
