Yeah, I definitely had Scovie in mind when I was making it, as I really don't do fried eggs (I always scramble or hard-boil mine.) But I managed to flip them without breaking the yolks without his help (hooray!)

Me, while I have FAR TOO MANY kitchen gadgets, mine are mostly low key (mostly), like a kitchenaid, waffle iron, whathaveyou.
Everything else uses elbow grease, instead of Chinese (not racist) motors and lasers. Gonna go with the Lodge for this one!
