I never care for BLT's, that much... Wait a minute. I just remembered. Once upon a time I loved BLT. I just haven't reminded myself that by stuffing one in my face in a long time.
The sriracha/mayo BLT a couple post back looks legit! Never mixed me sriracha in mayo before. I'm intrigued.
And no one is ever going to post soybacon.. ever.

The mere thought of posting SoyBacon results in diarrhea of the mouth and constipation in the brain.
And I'm all out of Pepto Bismol.
I had the best BLT ever in Vegas, they put avocado on it and it had 1/2 lb of bacon!

I don't do sunny side up chicken embryo's mysef' but that BLT looks pretty dang guud!

So yeah, any foo can put bacon on bread
But not every foo puts CAJohn's Bourbon St. BBQ sauce on after that
And not every foo slides some sharp cheddar on top o' dat
And fo sho not every foo slaps some beef brisket on the pile
... or pickled peños
And yeah, gotta have the requisite lettuce and tomatoe, so no one complains
Then, to do it right, gotta do all that again, but in reverse
Slap some bread on top
BOOM!
Just in case you didn't see it the first time....
So yeah, for those of you paying attention, there's a hole in that one slice of bread. I might not have posted it, but my darling son made up an entire song to the tune of "O Holy Night", revised for "O Holey Bread".... you had to be here. The hole stayed.

I like this! But the bacon is way overcooked and dried it looks like jerky treats.
