Saving queso again!
Flat top red pots, onion, and fresno chile.
This time the queso was straight up no chaser. Butter and heavy cream reduced by half and fistfuls of schredded scheddar.
Green onion foo foo for mac daddy authenticity.
Have mercy Miss Percy but I absolutely love cooking on this 'thang.
All my cast iron are in cobwebs now.
