And here is my 1st try at a ferment. I used some hooch from my 2 year old San Francisco Sourdough Starter. Nothing but Habs, Onion, Garlic, Honey, Carrot Juice,Lime and Salt. I hope it turns out. Are you suppose to place water in the top of the Airlock ? I did so hopefully I did that right. The picture doesn't do it justice- it is BRIGHT ORANGE
