Sweet Potatoes (yuk!)
Cannelini Beans
Rainbow Swiss Chard
Hank's Habanero Bratwurst.
Homegrown Thyme
3 cloves minced Garlic
CJ is doing this but she put the potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes (yuk!), onions and brays in the oven for 20 minutes then added the chard, beans and some chicken stock and red wine vinegar. Back in for another 10-15 minutes.
It smelling pretty good!

The bread with the broth was almost the best part. The bread has huge chunks of garlic in it. All toasted goodness. Mmmmmm
I ate three pieces of sweet potato before I picked the rest out. I don't ever pick at my food but oysters, sweet potatoes and yams is where I draw the line.

bro, i can`t do squash either but carrots when done right can be phenomenal. me and a buddy went to atlantic city when i was a young lad and went to Bally`s restaurant within Bally`s casino and ordered a steak dinner. the most memorable thing about this meal was the carrots! the steak was good, the baked potato was good, the salad was good but what blew me away was the carrots. i`ve never tasted carrots that good since. good carrots are like UFO`s..... they are out there.....MikeUSMC said:Squash too.
