Looks like they need to be on the plant longer, but I was impatient...

The Red Caribs are delicious, hot, but not brutal....

 
Your pods look mean and your plants look very nice!
Your NMSU bhuts are just amaizing... your Pepper Joe Plant look like my last years dorset Naga.

I was just scrolling through the post looking for new pictures and when I saw the pepper flakes I thought it was a bowl full of bacon crumbles. When I read the caption that said it was pepper flakes I didn't know weather to be disappointed that it was not bacon or impressed with pepper flakes.
