Sorry Durham...the train is currently full. There are several that have expressed interest in joining. We are going to let it finish with the first round of folks and then get through the first pass of the second round before we decide the trains future...If we decide to keep it rolling we will send you a message.

Stc....now I know Hixs' words are not the kindest but I don't think two negatives make a positive. Let's keep this train fun. I don't know what Hixs' talking about but he is obviously confused and frustrated. Don't get wound up too. Let's keep this an adult only passenger train...no need to get out of line yourself and boot him from the train. He is a long way away from getting seeds and I'm sure this will get figured out and he would apologize for his mistake. The leader is supposed to keep composure even when others step out of line.
I look forward to seeing this train soon. I am getting pretty amped up about it. Thank you for taking control Stc. You are doing a great job.

Nothing negative meant...He has been confused every time he has received either train. I just don't want to risk a derailment. If he gets it sorted out and PM's or post here that he understands what is going on, he will be allowed to remain, if he doesn't he will not. It will be absolutely no fun at all for the folks that were supposed to be after him if he sends the seeds off to the wrong person on a different train.

I agree completely with what you are saying Shane. It was the way that post was worded. ("How is that for chain of command") This post is much more amicable and comes from a better place than the other one. Again I do agree he needs to confirm he understands what is going on. You are welcome and it has been great. I can't believe I'm so close to getting it again. Take care.
I'm a grouchy old Senior Chief...sometimes it comes out unintentionally, and sometimes not so unintentionally. The chain of command comment was a shot back across his bow, I'll admit that. I felt it was well deserved after the comment he made, and didn't feel it was too brutal. I never stated that I was booting him just to boot him, and that if he could figure it out he could stay. The reasoning remains the same.
I posted on the other seed train thread to try and get this cleared up but his posts over there are just as confused as the ones here. He may not understand that he is actually on two different trains. To add to the confusion both trains have several of the same members so no matter which thread he reads he is seeing the same names.
Hixs, you still need to message me that you have figured out that the seeds you are in possession of do NOT belong to this train. They belong to the OTHER seed train that you are on. Do you understand that you are riding two different trains? I can send you a PM with a link to the other train. I can also tell you who WAS supposed to receive those seeds...not going to post that stuff here because it will add to the confusion.
Still awaiting a reply either to the PM I sent you yesterday or this thread.

Ok folks, Hixs posted on the other site to remove him from the train, I am assuming that post was meant for this train. He has not responded to either of the PM's I sent him, so to avoid any future confusion and derailing I have removed him from this list. So gumbii is now sending to Mtbrider17. Can you two please let me know when you have received this change and have made the necessary arrangements?

I am not bumping anyone from the second group up to fill Hixs' spot since that would mean you only got one crack at them. The loop back gives everyone on the list an opportunity at all the seeds added along the way.

Atomic's Seed Train 2012 is on track. Mark (JesterJoker) mailed from Bangor Maine a few days ago. It should arrive here in Toccoa Georgia tomorrow, I hope. Then it's off to Jane (catherinew) in Denver Colorado on Monday.
Hixs has the other (Chad's Seed Train Caboose {at least for me}) seed train and he PM'ed me an hour or so ago that he is shipping to the next person on that list tomorrow, ooops, guess that's me also. When that one arrives next week, it's off the next day to Robin in Portland Oregon.
I hope this post doesn't confuse anyone and might clear up some misunderstanding. It just worked out that the trains crossed like this. I've got a bunch to add to both trains.

I do it and it works, also keeps the lines of communication open (avoids confusion).
Judging from reports up line, I think everyone down line is in for a pleasant surprise when the train pulls into their station. I'll post again when Atomic's train arrives, but I won't spoil the surprise either, after all that's what this is all about

I knew what had happened. Hixs finally got back to my PM's. He just didn't realize there were 2 separate trains...stuff happens. I finally sent him links to both and he got it all figured out. He's apologized above and via PM. I offered him his spot back if he wants it. Don't know whether or not he'll take me up on it.
As far as the train goes I can't wait! I also worked with the folks ahead and behind me on the train with some personal care packages and it was almost as much fun as the train itself! Gumbii/Pash you two are great (not that everyone else on here isn't) .
The final thing I will add is for everyone to remember there are still a bunch of folks to go on this train. So dig deep, and only take what you really need! Hopefully there will be a bunch of seeds left at the end to either keep this train rolling, start a new train, split them up or maybe hold a lottery with them! Who knows???
Just be patient folks and the seeds will get there...

No worries hixs - I was confused for a day or two as well... I signed up for one seed train, and was accepted... The next day I see the link, and click it, and I was like "what the heck! they took me off"... I went back to my profile, and clicked my content, and figured out there were two seed trains... haha... So I asked to be put on the second one as well.
