Wish I would have seared the meat but I didn't want to bust out the SS

Followed the recipe very closely, except for the cook time. The recipe said cook for 1 1/2 hours, I cut 30 minutes off that. Think some tomato sauce could of been added but overall pretty good..

It looks real good yeah! I may have made​ a little corn starch slurry just to thicken that jus in the end so it didn't sink to the plate but that's all.

The clown shoes addition is nice. They're still 7 dollars a bottle here.

Try potato starch or even Idahoan instant mashed taters for a thickening agent. Both work very well.

My aunt gave me this cheese from Mexico and it smells fantastic. Queso Asadero made here in the states usually has very little aroma.
