I've been rocking the little Weber lately. No need for anything bigger really. This compact size is easy to use and very efficient. I can get like 4 cooks on a small bag of charcoal.

Sometimes but not often enough. I get better sear on my food with the Weber.

The kamado is better for really long cooks.
