Yeah I used to get these chicken mole ones and the mole was in the masa not just a stuffing so damn good! These look very similar in fact, it was a red mole.

Nice! I usually see chicken tamales made with a green sauce which is my favorite kind of tamales. I usually go for the pork first when I'm buying from someone new.

Pork chops coming along nicely. I really push this little Weber to the max.

seasoned the chops with lime juice, coarse salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika. Let them sit for about 30 min before cooking. Hopefully they come out good.
