Have had AJ's paneer vindaloo pizza in mind for some time, now that you mention it ...
I'm just wondering what kind of cheese is on that pizza, since paneer isn't really a melting cheese. Heh, I've had it hit the bottom of the hot CI, and it pops and jumps, kind of twists, and turns brown, but doesn't melt. Maybe a blend, or imitation paneer of some sort?
