SG's 2012

Since late last year I've been starting seedlings in waves because of limited space and other constraints. So I have a good number of plants in varying stages of growth, with some trying to flower too. The plants are looking good and I am poised to have some tremendous harvests. Last year I only grew a fraction of the what I am attempting this year and even then I had a hard time keeping up with the harvests. I am sure I will go crazy with all the peppers this year.

Here is the where most of the plants start out:

Really cool list, Charles...and your babies are stunning! Wow! Are those "Stinger Bonnets" what I think they are?

I've got both pods of your Bonda ma Jacques seeds completely sown. I think I might have overwatered the seeds from Pod #1, but I did get 3 sprouts from them, in spite of my "care".

Good luck with your 2012 Grow. Very, very nice work!

Thanks Gary... indeed they are what you think they are! I have four of them going now. Hope your Bondas make it.

So with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s for at least the next week, I decided to move my plants out onto the patio:

Excellent pics of your great peppers, SG! The clavo looks like just an awesome plant!
Will be checking in again for sure! Keep up the good work!

Here is the absolute last seedling I am starting this year, Pimenta Morango:

I have some other varieties I'd love to start, but it's just too late. Funny having my 2013 planning already underway.

They look great SG how old is your yellow bhut

Thanks. The Yellow Bhut is from last season, so it's about a year old at this point. The fruits were awesome, long, gnarly and great flavor, I'm happy the plant survived. I overwintered another plant, but it didn't survive an aphid and what looked like a spider mite assault.

Finally got around to doing an inventory of what I'm growing this year. There are some mysteries I'll have to wait until they produce fruit to figure out what they are... here's my updated (April 3) list:

I'm experimenting with putting some plants in the ground already - I put 10 in the ground at my community garden spot 2 days ago. If they survive awesome, if not no big deal either. I'll add a pic if they survive, they've been looking a little ragged.

Here are some plants hardening off on my patio, if they survive the squirrels they'll be alright:
