chinense Sick Habanero not a Habanero.. what is it??

This was planted and labeled as a Habanero, didn't do anything last year and I kept it over the winter, it started to get better then got sickly again and i changed out all the dirt then now peppers are growing but they aren't Habanero peppers...

What do they look like?

Almost look like Nagas but there`s no pimpling.

My Paper Lantern guess just bit the big one.

They are looking more like a Naga now.

My guess is either Naga or Fatalii, but I'm leaning twords Fatalii.
