SKULLBIKERS Roaring Into The Twenties GLOG

I've been toying with that idea, as well.
I have three going into a 20-gallon container,
and am thinking of some doubles in my
15-gallon containers. Glad to see my thinking
isn't totally wacky   ;)  Unfortunately, my 18-gallon
utility tubs have succumbed to sun damage and
are falling apart. I may replace with some 15T pots,
or just try to find some more cheap tubs. These
lasted 6 years/seasons.

I have been doing the multiples for years and I put the doubles in the 43 liter containers. Some will day that you get less fruit this way but I have not seen that. All of the plants roots think they are in a large container, as far as the argument that they will compete for nutrients and water, I say(and do) just give them more. Been doing it this way about 5 years.
The sun damage is why I started painting my containers about 3 years ago.

The plants are growing extremely fast right now, have to raise the lights an inch every other day. I will have to start mixing container soil like a madman now. Started planting some out yesterday afternoon.

You are a master grower, SB.

I really enjoy your grows!

I thank you for your praise, but, yourself and many others on this forum could also be described that way. The key is to pay attention to what others are doing that works and see if it will work for you. And most importantly to me, grow an extra plant or more and experiment. I have killed off many but things were learned in the process.

Finally, a Corbaci starting to show some color, that one and a few others are fairly long too.

Looking into the Corbaci is like seeing the head of Medusa.

Overly inbred jalapeno plant(not that theres anything wrong with that), or it may be growing over something toxic behind the garage

Just a bit of speculation on a couple of my Atlantic Pepper Seed varieties. It would seem a few of the ones that have germinated are somewhat Frankenpeppers..........aka all grotesque and goofy looking! Others look OK at this time but a few are freaky.

Well, enough of that, the rest of the last two plantings seem to be zipping right along and looking good.

Okay, dodged the bullet again last night. Predicted low was 32f on 4 different weather apps and 36f on one. So I hauled flower pots, small potted trees, newer pepper and tomato plants into the screen porch. The big pepper and tomato plants and in ground stuff behind the garage got covered with tarps the best I could. Anyway, our low according to my sensor behind the garage and 1ft off the ground read 36f at the lowest point. The winner and correct weather app was WeatherBug!

Stuff hauled in.

Now I have to go get the tarps off of the stuff behind the garage.
