SKULLBIKER'S "Whats old is new for 22 glog"

I've put this off long enough and now it's time to start "gloging".
On January 1,2022 I picked the Brainstrains again.

1423 grams this time.

And that means two more 1 1/2 pint jars for the freezer.

And they're still alive and producing.

Didn't go big enough! I got all the peppers but not enough to do the tomatoes. Time for another air pump and more stones!

I picked these Emerald Fire Jalapenos the other day for a FLOG project.

7 Pot Bubblegum in transition.

That huge Equadorian Sweet Rocoto is nearly ripe.

Nice looking plants! On the experiment where you didn't punch off the early flowers, dod you do a control plant?
One time I punched hogsweed flowers on 2 plants, and left them on one, and the pinched plants did way better. They were only in 3.5"pots for the majority of the experiment.

Hey, @Walchit - I have found that I got great fruit
production on some Trippaul Threats during the F6
grow by selective pinching the flowers on the stalk
crown and first node, then every other node thereafter.

I picked a few more Albanian Red Hots in between rain showers.

The shorter ones seem to have heavier corking.

Verynice those albanians. I tried to grow them a couple of times but the fruits were always moldy...

I picked the first 7 Pot Bubblegum pods today.

It looks like a few more of the 7 Pot Bubblegum pods are ready to be picked.

I just picked my two LARGE Equadorian Sweet Rocotos. The pods on this plant are three to four times the size that they should be!

So this is what is growing on my single (NOT)Numex Lemon Spice Jalapeno from APS seed. Definitely not yellow and smallish! I have not taste tested it yet, you never know, it may be a keeper.

Yes, the Brainstrain plants have the will to live and produce alright. The seed came from superhotchiles.com / Refining Fire Chiles.

A couple of White Habanero plants.

A row of "hotties". The plant that is third from the right is "Ernest Borg 9 III", germinated mid to late January. The two to the right of that one are last years Brainstrain plants. Everything else is Borg 9 except for the second from the left which is my lone 7 Pot Bubblegum plant.

This plant was the smaller Brainstrain plant that nearly croaked this last winter. I potted it up into a 25 gal, gave it some Kickapoo Joy Juice and now it's taking off like a crazy plant!
