The Snail Farm is rolling on... heres some of my first offspring
almost ready for eating.... Delicious

got about 300 his size and around another 500 smaller, hopefully there will be no casualties.. until dinner time moohahahahaa lol

Aren't you afraid that they will one day wise up to you plan of slaughtering and eating them. I can see it now, you wake up, covered in snails with the leader looking into your eyes and he says, "We need to talk".

for fresh top end in Australian restuarants its about 10 to 12 dollars a dozen. But I'm a bit off that yet, more for a bit of fun for me and I want to eat them lol

they almost look translucent , what do they taste like, I've never had them, anything like muscles. Whats the name of your cafe
 
They are kinda bland but take on great flavor when you use someything else to cook them with. They are kinda like a blank canvous. Chewy, but oh so delicate.
