One of the best sandwiches I have ever made fo sho. Not pictured under that cheesey goodness are pickled jalapenos. That with the Scorpion bbq sauce and the smoke and fat of the bacon and beef puts this one in nirvana territory for me. Thanks for looking.

Bored at work today so I fried up some Black Forest ham then tossed it with my fatalii bbq sauce and piled it on a kaiser with some bacon, pickled jalapenos, and cheddar.

oh yeah, and these random cucumbers keep showing up in my kitchen so I whipped up a cucumber tomato onion salad with a basil lemon vinegarette.
