That is so neat using them as ornaments. Stellar idea. Unfortunately, no fresh pods here in Michigan with out 25-30 deg temps.

yes ... apart from the cold of winter which reduces the growth .... the flowers of ciliatum are a bunch

The skin of the fruit can be made into candies and succade. In Western cuisine is often used as decoration for its beauty for many dishes. The inner white pith is not bitter, as is usually the case of citrus fruits, but sweet, so your fingers can be cut lengthwise and then sliced and used in salads or scattered over cooked foods such as fish.
