South American hot sauce puree's and Hot and Wild Plum Grape Jam

My family is out of town so I decided to clean out the freezer to make room for this years harvest. First is a bunch of South American peppers or at least close by. Here are some pics.

Also thought I would make "Hot and Wild Plum Grape Jam" My first attempt at jam.
Last year spring while out (in the wilderness) looking for Wild Tepins in Travis county I came across these plums. Did not find any Tepins that day. The grapes are from the fence at my work.

The far right is "ManPeach" I made last week. Manzano peppers Peaches and a few superhots
