Pimenta da Neyde x Bhut F2... I wasn't counting on purple being so dominant here, will have to pick a few from these to grow out:

Here are some of my 2013 treasures.

I was able to start four C. galapagoenses (they didn't all come up on the same date):

Thanks.  This is my first year growing in such shady conditions, the chinense really do just fine, but the frutescens are languishing.

Great pics! I really like the looks of that Bhut X Maybe Yellow 7. Big beefy pods! The double pod is really cool too. Heck...everything here is really cool!

That particular cross is putting out huge pods, the largest chinense I'm growing this year.  I will grow it out in 2014 too...

I'd also like to give some background details on the Brain Strain I'm growing.  The seed my plant is grown from is from a plant that was grown from seed originally shared by Cappy off of the "mother" Brain Strain plant in 2008.

This is the thread where he shared the seeds:

Yep. I got some seed off that mother as well! Keeper for sure
Still got a bit of original seed left!

BTW I updated my grow list. Let me know If I left anything out that you sent :) Great grow dude! You're going crazy with these crosses! Hell yes

Ha, thanks.  I think next year my focus will by on Bhut and Naga types.  I'll have to find someone who wants to grow some of these crazy crosses (not to mention what I have from this season, which I haven't posted yet)...

What's up Charles, I forget so remind me...did I send you dried pods and you harvested the seeds? Like I said in a previous post, of course you get one of the pods that crossed!

Beautiful crosses and stuff going on.  Love the close up pics of all that lovely oil.  And I have to say a big thank you for the bug pics not being spidey pics..

That bug hasn't been around much, but then again I haven't been looking for it.  The spiders I get around here aren't too scary anyway...

By the way, the Not Yellow Congo is orange now... not sure if it will ripen to red or not.  I'll take a pic tomorrow or so.
