Here are some of my 2013 treasures.

Thats how I got my Chocolate bhuts a few years back. Seeds grew true and prolific for me. I'm thinking of getting some more pods from her. The peach bhut and black congo are calling me and I miss having yellow bhuts too.

I'll grow these out too.  I was blown away when I opened the box, I wasn't expecting them to look this good.  The thought did occur to me to just order pods from her instead of growing them... but I just love growing so much...

Another pic (bhuts from pepperlover):

this year i am selecting one Brown Bhut that is twice the size of what i sent you Charles
lets test it next year and see how they turn

LOL i like the peach habanero more..
if you decide to get pods just remind me to add some to ur box ..
the peach Bhut is softer and does not hold longtime
i hope to create a variety this year that has firm flesh like peach habanero does

An even larger Brown Bhut, it's hard to imagine that, but these were already larger than I expected... maybe you've got some kind of a gigantism gene in the mix there.  These were all perfect, great job on the grow Judy!  I'm happy you've been growing and selecting over the years, the Brown Bhut is really a gem.  I'll let you know next year if it looks like your jumbo choco bhut pollinated one of the flowers these pods grew from...

You did a great job on these crosses Charles...

Thank you!

Great looking pods Charles! How's the taste on the Cumari do Para F1 cross?

It tastes very similar to the Cumari do Para.

Things look great Charles.  :)  Nice grow-out.  Yeah, Judy knows how to grow big bhuts.  LMAO.

Ha, yes she does.  Well, I'll see what those seeds do for me next year.

Update time.

Some of my very pale bhuts... are these the "real" Bih Jolokia then?

Looking good.  After eating my first TS yellow, I sort of have a soft spot for yellows now!!!

I really like yellow peppers too.  The Y7 is very hot.  My favorite is probably a good Yellow Bhut, the problem with these is that there are a few peppers that go by this name, but are no such thing.

Ripening TS Morouga Blend:

Ripening Brain Strain:

Beautiful pods.  I think one of my mystery plants is the Bhut X Primo you sent me.  One plant is producing red pods the other yellow.  If I am correct.  The pods are shaped a like.  They are super tasty.

Hey Charles, Im happy to say out of three seeds I sown from the ones you sent me, 1 has sprouted... Sown on 7/31 Still hoping for the other two to pop their heads out and say hello... Thanks Charles...

Thanks Pia!  That's great news, it was probably the Yellow Bhut x Primo, very nice that one of them actually turned out yellow!  I'll check out your glog soon to take a look...

Wow, congratulations, these can be difficult to greminate, very nice!  That is great, the parent was very productive, so I'm happy to see you're keeping this going.
