We've been iterating on cabbage soup for a while now ...

The Asian ginger dressing marinade beef pairs really nicely w/ the cabbage, onions, and peppers! ...

I love that you can piggyback significant heat on this one ...

It's 'round' that I marinade overnight and grilled last night ...

Cabbage soap, must be standard issue at cab driver locker rooms.  :rofl:
 
Looks yummy, i'm going to use the rest the cabbage tonight with the left over ham. I need to find your recipe again.

It's beef + chicken stock (but one or other is okay, too), caramelized onions, rotel, and diced bells ...
 
There's no Herbes de Provence this time, but there has been in the past ...
 
It's pretty forgiving/flexible, really ...
 
Broth tastes just like habachi soup. Really happy with how it turned out. Thanks for the idea grant
I browned half a white onion, 1 stalk celery, half a carrot, 2 cloves garlic and a handful of mushrooms added toward end of browning. 
 
6 cups water 4 cubes chicken bouillon, 1-2 T beef granules, pepper and salt
 
half a head of cabbage and some the left over ham. 
 
Last minute on stove I added 4 green onions
