STC3248, Just Another Grow Log! Holiday Harvest!

Still waiting on the supers...but the rest are sprouted and under lights. This will be my first attempt at supers. Fingers crossed. I am so lost in the labels. I don't know how some of you keep them all straight??? Eric, Fernando took the first guess at the pod and was right yesterday. Barrackpore. You can't win the one I posted earlier. Gotta be outside the lower 48! I'll be sure to post more contests...just gotta be ready!

Alaska, Hawaii...or anywhere else on the planet but the lower 48. Most offers for pods that people put up can't make it through customs. So I figured I would show some love to those that are usually excluded. So if that definition fits you, go to the previous page and like the post to get the last package...Pinoy, was hoping you would find it! Congrats brother! Got your PM will be inbound soon!

Finally made it home...long couple days. Still trying to get the drip system schedule figured out. Seems like the containers went from too little to too much. Getting some significant lower leaf drop all of the sudden. Can't decide if its the pots getting too hot or too much water. Dialed the schedule back just a bit to see if it gets better or worse. I did however come home to some other surprises. Didn't have time to snap pics on the plants in the fading light, but got a couple harvest shots to share...

Small Jals, Goat's Weed, Aji Omnicolor, Jamaican Hot Yellow, Fatalii (1st pod :dance: ), 2 (not) Monster Infinities, 1 (not) Billy Boy Douglah and one (not) Pequin...Geez I gotta lotta nots! :rofl:

Here's the closeup of the real goodies! The Fatalii is really small, but the rest of the pods look to be true on that one the (not) Billy Boy is at the bottom...really excited about the (not) pequin. Seems to be a Pequin/chinense cross of some sort. Tried a green pod a while back and it wasn't too hot. Let this one ripen and WOW! Punch you in the mouth pour gas on it and set it on fire burn! Lasted a LOOOONG time too! Still no more takers on the overseas powder offer! May have to come up with something else tomorrow!

Shane nice harvest I have some Infinities (AjiJoe) sorry not monster and Billy Boy (judohero) seeds that I can send you if you want to try again with those. Just let me know. I normally let the drip system run for 15 mins on hot and humid days and 10 mins on a normal 70 degrees day without extreme humidity they seem to love it. Hopefully you get your drip system fix to keep that production going.
 
Shane great harvest pics. As far as the lower leaf drop. My plants did the same after a period of way to much rain so i would bet it has to do with too much water. It didnt seem to bother my plants one bit. I have read the older leaves are less productive anyway so loosing the lower ones shouldnt be a big deal. Keep the harvest shots coming!

Not too worried about it...I'll search for a few iso seeds next year, but these are fine for me right now! Watching them change color is kinda fun when you don't know what color they're gonna turn. I set up the drip to run once a day in the late morning. That way they get a drink just before the heat of the day and aren't sitting with wet feet all night. Had it running twice a day for 7 mins a pop. Think this'll work better, just may have to bump it up a bit on the really hot days in August.

Not real worried about the leaf drop...They're all still blooming and putting on pods. New growth looks healthy as well. Won't be back home 'till Friday, so no harvest shots for a few days.

For now on you can only do contests for all the chiliheads out of the lower 48. I will just do inside the lower 48 ;)

Once a chili rule is in place it cannot be broken :liar:
 
Hey Shane awesome package showed up yesterday, but I didn't get home until late so I have not tried any. I didn't want to get caught up trying to eat the whole powder package and feel it today during my exam once I get done with both of my exams am going after that superman powder first.
