that looks bloody delicious. Just swap the draught for a VB. ;) Oh and VB has just been brought back to 4.9% I believe. :)
 
Here is one I did last Friday. Will take more before and after pics next time.
Was cooked to a medium rare warm red center. Served with mashed potatoes with chives, Yucca and Sugar snap peas.

I cooked this up last night and PMed a couple friends here, just to make em drool!! :drooling:

It all started with a couple of Cappucino Scotch Bonnets,and a Pimienta Trapadiera!

Post a cooked picture once I bring it back inside, rest and slice it thin.

Looks like Flank Steak to me, as opposed to Skirt Steak. Beautiful steak though!! JHP you cook some mean red meat!

All of these steaks look mighty fantastic.

Also I just noticed zdecker has Tito's Vodka in his profile pic. That's a WIN!!
 
Shortcut city here....but time to cook at the Circle-H is so limited these days.......

Thin-ass sirloins......seasoned with Paul Prudhomme's, with pre-made crab cakes, bearnaise, and saffron rice. It was adequate, but not my best:

That looks really good to me. I like my steak to have some grain all the way to the center despite being as rare as possible, and you can't get that w/o cooking it at least that much in my experience ...

I'm not sure what you are talking about - that looks good ... and presented well, napkin rings and all =)
