food STEAK!!

My eyerib steack ate yesterday... With mushroom tempura and baked potato with ciboullette and fresh fine herbs cream

Nothin special tonight and only one pic. Porterhouse seasoned with uncle chris gourmet steak seasoning ( stuff makes a great beer salt too) on the pit for 7 minutes each side, and a few lemon pepper gulf shrimp skewers.
 
lots of nice looking meat everyone is wiping out. :shocked:

I use heat on almost every meal but if someone put something other than salt and pepper on a prime ribeye at my house, I might drop kick them in the throat. As for the sides, I let them speak for themselves for once.  :dance:
 
There's a section for non-spicy cooking called Food and Beverage. This section is for your fiery creations.

I agree on minimal spices for a good steak. Anything else takes away from it instead of adding to it. Steak sauce is alright for burgers or bloody marys, but keep that sheeit away from my steak. I was just surprised to see so many posts in a row with absolutely no heat.

Its cigar citys invasion pale ale... Its aight. Its like the exact same thing as jai alai with less hops.

I forgot to mention, but the rub on the first pic is made with a mix of my own cayenne powder. I'm packin the heat don'tchew worry!
