Nothin special tonight and only one pic. Porterhouse seasoned with uncle chris gourmet steak seasoning ( stuff makes a great beer salt too) on the pit for 7 minutes each side, and a few lemon pepper gulf shrimp skewers.

A quick steak and chips after work last night. Seasoned with Lemon Pepper, salt & pepper, and some other spices and cooked on a grill plate.

I use heat on almost every meal but if someone put something other than salt and pepper on a prime ribeye at my house, I might drop kick them in the throat. As for the sides, I let them speak for themselves for once.

I agree on minimal spices for a good steak. Anything else takes away from it instead of adding to it. Steak sauce is alright for burgers or bloody marys, but keep that sheeit away from my steak. I was just surprised to see so many posts in a row with absolutely no heat.

I forgot to mention, but the rub on the first pic is made with a mix of my own cayenne powder. I'm packin the heat don'tchew worry!
