About 16 minutes later and rested for 8 minutes

The Wife can't stand Runny yoke, but I can't get enough of it.
Wiped clean off a plate with some tortillas/ toast, or a English muffin,or on a burger, in a taco, wherever... Fresh eggs are delicious
