Rubbed with strained sauce from chipotles in adobo
Fried in butter
Nice finished colour (double maillard reaction from the meat and the butter woohoo)
Didn't cut the other ones, I pulled them apart with my fingers. Not in the pics is 4 corn cobs and grilled zucchini I had as sides.
