Dinner tonight getting ready for the grill. taters from my garden and "cheddar" cauliflower that my neighbor grew 
taters and cauliflower with some evo,fresh garlic, fresh thyme,s/p and tossed on the grill

Last night was some baked fries, and new York strip so good.
EDIT: Oh, and where da heat at? The fries and steak are dusted with chocolate habanero powder.The fries are also covered in Red Robin spice mix. That stuff is good.

I agree. The strip is not my first choice. But it was oraganic, grass fed strips on sale for like $11 per lb. Mine cost me $9 and change. Couldn't pass it up
