STOP CANNING ALREADY!!

Yes i must mention i need to go get some more Jars..Im going to get the are you canning for your country speech..

Well canned 8 qts of salsa today burning up fatali`s,peach habs and serranos.Makes about 30 jars so far.lol 1st time doing it but having a blast!Can see x-mas presents already.
 
I cannned the hot wax I grw today and made a jar of Green Hot Sauce(well about 3/4th of a jar,I undershot the amount)!:lol:
1 jar of Red and 1 jar of yellow hot sauce's then I will be done
canning for awhile!! Or maybe not,just to keep this thread going!!:lol:
