Stuffing pepper experience

Potowie - guess I learned that one the hard way hugh? lol. Thanks for the tip.

Thehotpepper & Eephus - I don't have a source for rocotos in my area and I don't feel I have enough space to grow this type of chile. Aren't these guys bushy monsters that can be finicky with sunlight?

Beats me. I had germination % issues with them, but I had one plant that made it and it had little trouble growing through our summer and fall. Didn't fruit until very late, but the fruit is really spectacular. I'm growing more next year.

This is why this year I'm working on hybrids trying to cross some of the superhots with the more larger thick skinned peppers. Hoping to bump them up the 5 digits or more.

I love anaheims and poblanos, but I would like to have them at least as hot as a serrano for stuffing.
