cuisines Suggest a Mexican meal for me?

Wow, TB..... just wow.

Wikipedia (noting that "trash fish" is slang for "rough fish"):
There is no standard list of rough fishes. A fish that is considered a rough fish in one region may be considered a desirable game and food fish in another. This is often due to cultural differences or simply tradition. For example, the common carp is considered an undesirable rough fish in the United States and Australia, but is the premier game fish of Europe and the most valuable food fish across most of Asia. Likewise, the Longnose gar is considered a rough fish and undesirable nuisance in Ohio, but in Louisiana it is considered a delicacy and featured in local barbecues.

It's really just a head game - keep an open mind!

To keep in context..this was referring to most of the farm raised tilapia that is fed pellets rather vs. natural forage. The flesh has less nutrient value than bacon and in some cases worse for cholesterol. Very bad. Some farm raised other fish in some cases such as atlantic salmon also share this bad juju. Open ocean pens very much less so, hatchery raised but wild released even less, and wild at the top of the list. It's good to be informed about what you are eating. What do I know about fish though? Former Alaskan fishing guide and employee of former governor appointed director of Alaska state fisheries. But STILL...do your research and make your own informed decision.

True story.
