Got the boston butt rubbed up and on the heat. It's overcast here today and an hour ago it started to get grumbly. As soon as I put the briquets on the DO it started to sprinkle. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us this weekend.

We're mostly just drinking together. The dutch oven is doing all the work. We just have to remember to feed it some coals every once in a while to keep it happy.
Got the smoked pork hock rendering with a generous amount of Old Bay. Collards go in soon and I'm gonna deviate a bit with some sweet onion added to the mix.
