Got the boston butt rubbed up and on the heat. It's overcast here today and an hour ago it started to get grumbly. As soon as I put the briquets on the DO it started to sprinkle. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us this weekend.

We're mostly just drinking together. The dutch oven is doing all the work. We just have to remember to feed it some coals every once in a while to keep it happy.

Picklese...a Haitian condiment that is F'n awesome. ATL approved.
Tossed some of that on the pulled pork. The hot picklese vinegar to heat up the collards. This $ is great.
