This is my first post here but I've been lurking in the hot foods section for days now. Paulky and Texas Blues and the rest have been rocking my world with their drunken chefing 
. Not to mention the awesomeness in the throw downs, lots of people on this forum really know how to do it in style.
I'm from Phoenix AZ and pretty new to growing peppers. The only plant I am growing right now is a little cayenne (I just picked my first pepper off it today!!!) but I'm going to start collecting seeds to get a more interesting and bigger crop of peppers next season. The main reason I got into growing is that I really want to make my own hot sauce(s). Ill probably need a bit of help along the way.
I don't have a camera but I'll try to get a hold of one and limp into the DC thread with some of my own drunken culinary lunacy, and maybe I'll get some pics of my peppers and plant. So anyway, hello everybody, I'm excited to be here.
