Hot dawgs two ways...I did a quick pickle on some jalapeños to top one of them, and I put ketchup and mustard on the other one. What a fantastic lunch.

You just combine some vinegar, water sugar and a bit of salt and bring the liquid up to a boil. Throw in your produce and simmer for a few minutes. Turn off your heat and let it sit for as long as you want.

You can tweak the recipe to accommodate all the flavors you want as well.
 
Damn no wonder they look legit as hell. Like the squeak when you bite em and juice shoots out boom!
