I had emailed the guy at the time of the original post, they are dried, and he's asking $35 a pound.

I'd like to know if they are hand picked or machine harvested peppers. I Imagine it would take quite a while to pick a pound of tepins

$35 a lb is a good price for tepins, depending on shipping charges.

Hand picked tepins go for around $5 an ounce around here.

they are getting 9 bucks for 4 ounces for fresh pequins at Central market...there must be over 2000 tepins in a pound that is dried...
