There are about 7 and half billion people on this planet.

I reckon about 90% of them...

Will never eat that good.
Thanks. Its so hard for my iphone (me) to take decent plated pics, with my yellow or red Fiestaware plates. The colors always tend to look off. This batch of chicken was spot on and the onion rings were respectable (lacking in salt and pepper).

Chili cheese dogs and fries again. Nathans Angus franks, SmokenFires chili sauce, mustard, Merican cheese, onion, jalapeño and Matouks Moruga sauce. The fries got Franks Xtra Hot.

I made my wife two just like mine, minus the Matouks and she said it was the best chili dog shes ever had. Its all owed to SmokenFires chili sauce recipe. And the Nathans Angus Franks are the second most important part. My wife is setting me up a blind hot dog taste test tonight to see if I can pick out which frank is which. I bet I know which one is the Nathans Angus. When I make them for my daughter I cut off the ends and eat them ( she wont eat the ends ) and wonder how a non-natural casing frank can be so tasty.

I was gonna make up some pizza dough and have homemade pizzas for us tonight. But then I realized I was down to about two cups of flour. So out of the freezer came the store bought crusts.

Im having pepperoni, jalapeño and habanero pizza. And the Wife is having all the other veggies and pepperochini.

At least the sauce is homemade from crushed canned San Marzano tomatoes
San Marzano's.. Seeds sprouting here..

Very nice! I'd put chili and cheese on the fires too lol!
I had every intention of doing that plus giardinera, but I wasnt planning on my wife eating these with me. When she smelled the chili sauce she got in on them. I only had enough chili sauce for 4 dogs ( supposed to be my supper and lunch tomorrow) and 4 slices of cheese.

Also Im going to a place in San Antonio this weekend called Wise Guys. Its a Chicago themed place that I have eaten a bad meal from. They make some really great Italian beef, Chicago dogs and cheese steaks. But I think my favorite is their Trash Bin. Its fries topped with cheese steak, giardinera, chili sauce, tomatoes and onion. Im likely eating that, and mine cant compare to theirs.
