BTW, over the years I've had to come up with creative ways to include my wife in these meals too, and she can't really hang with the hot stuff, so I can empathize with what you've been through.
It can be done, even though sometimes it dirties extra dishes!

Been jones'n for some jerk-shrimp...so I made a sauce with teryaki, little bit of bbq sauce, cilantro, jerk seasoning, paprika, garlic, cayennes, habi's, bonnets, fresh pineapple, lime, lemon, and oranges. I was out of rum...or that would have been in there too. All I have is bourban...and that's being entered in a different format.

The sauce was so damn good...I almost ate it all with a spoon:

Add the shrimp to marinate for a while...

Noticed the marinade ingredients... depending on the amount of lemon juice, orange juice, and time, you could have been making grilled jerk shrimp ceviche kabobs.

I give the FAIL PASS just because of hotdog kebabaage. That is just CRAZY! I love it! SoFlo and Jay are on notice. There's a new hotdog sheriff in town. Y'all gonna' let this slide? Somebody better rock this mutha' out!

I have no idea what I'm doing in the kitchen. I get in there...throw a bunch of $#!+ together, and eat it.

My Borbouncoke was sitting on the side of the grill...toio bad I didn't back up a step so you could see it.

As far as hot dogs...you wouldn't want to see the carnage I could produce if there was ever a hotdog TD. I'm talking about cored HD's stuffed with habi's and onions..wrapped in japs on the grill.

I graduated from Tarleton State University...that's a hick-school even for Texas...so don't think I can't bring the pain with poor-man's food.

And, the photo quality is perfect - It does have a grilled dog wrapped in a bun topped with yummo stuff, yes? :beer:
