The stuffing was made from chicken mince. Equal parts chopped garlic, sweet basil and lemongrass were mixed in.
Sometimes when in the kitchen drinking you do some strange things..]

Put bacon on the bottom of my home made tray, then poppers, then cheese, then more bacon, then more cheese :D

Paul, those chili cheese bacon dogs look wonderful...

This is my first entry into The Drunken Chef and it's no-
thing exciting. I had a pork loin that needed to be cooked
so I cut it into thick pieces.

Besides the pork chops, here's the ingredients:

dc1.jpg

I coated the chops with ancho chili pepper and fried them
in a little oil on both sides:

I then heated up two cans of baked beans and added some
spicy Stubb's BBQ sauce and diced chipotle chilies, along
with the chops:

This will be allowed to simmer for 30 minutes or so and I
hope it comes out ok. Oh yeah, I also added some CaJohn's
Killer Chipotle sauce and extra chipotle flakes:

Now it's nigh time to break out the big guns while I wait:

Thanks G. I thought they would melt my face off but they were surprisingly edible and freakin delicious. I polished them off in a couple of minutes lol. The next morning was "interesting". :D

Looking good there Robby!

Paulky, that looks EPIC! I would eat a thousand of those.

Bonus points for the parsley garnish on the paper plate.

You are the greatest.

Twas awesome and yes many drinks of moonshine went into making it all possible.
I can see a repeat effort happening very soon, tonight in fact.

Nova, Paulky and Robbie what a wonderful treat coming back to the hotel and seeing all this after teaching all day.

Pk, that dog was killer, where the hell did you get the Stone in the bottle? I had to resort to Coors tonight no Keystone at the local store.

Nova, did one person, being you eat that whole flaming popper concoction alone?

Robbie, how could you taste that fine beanification after all those bottles of liquid stupid? And welcome to DC
