Can't get it right side up.
 
One of the first things i posted here was a gulash-like recipe and Scovie told me to post here.... Now it's the time! And it's better!
Ingredients: 

beer, used on self
sheep (not lamb) meat
1 yellow bell
1 red bell
black pepper mix
wine (to cook meat and on self)
paprika
cumin
red onions
salt
evo
stock broth
a spoon of flour
homegrown turkish garlic
homegrown potatoes
homegrown marzanini tomatoes
sage
rosemary
bay tree leaves
 
those last 3 just caught from the plant...
 
for the heat: a 7 pod primo of my growing.

So i ended the beer soon and chopping, cooking ecc took time.
By chance my uncle came to my place and he made those cause he said that it's great with what i was cooking (he's a chef so... He's nearly blind now and still he can cook so well...).:

Spätzles with just water, flour, and some salt. Could be best thing on Earth and take just some mins to be made,

Great stuff, can't wait for tomorrow that it will be even better.
 
Btw that Primo is really nasty, small one and all the pot was really hot.

Thanks! That is more a remake than a repost btw! :D Other time i used beef and an extract sauce and no paprika.... Also that time there are spätzles. No need to say wich one is better! :D
