I forgot to include some ingredients - red onion, spices for egg drop soup. cooked it for medium heat but still needed to add some hotter hot sauce. BTW the one shown is just way too much garlic but works for stir frys.
red/orange thai chiles in 1 bowl, other bowl blk beans.

Main course, Gooey Burger (saw this on Man verses Food). This 3/4 pound of USDA ground Sirloin is stuffed with Hab Cheese and fried to perfection and topped with Jolokia Madness sauce. It shares the plate with a side of home-fries that I must say was a bomb in the mouth. WOW, they were out of this world.... They were made with garlic powder, chocolate hab powder, onion powder, Tabasco powder, Serrano powder and paprika powder. Then for desert, I had ham and swiss stuffed poppers wrapped in bacon, a perfect conclusion to a fantastic meal. I hope y'all enjoy the pictures, I'm off to fetch another drink.
