One of my fave ways to have smoked salmon is treat it like a pulled pork sammie... BBQ slider here rox, in fact, I think this weekend will be smoking salmon again! I don't think I will go to all the trouble to make patties... I like the way it shreds inherently.

We should do a Lefties TD where you make a meal and show what you do with the lefties. Thanksgiving is too obvious, I'd like to see what people come up with for other meals.
