One day you will realize... cabbage is just waxy squeaky lettuce

That maybe true.

But once lettuce goes limp.

It stays limp.

Has no soul.

Devoid of life.

Tasteless.

Nobody makes lettuce soup.

Cabbage on the other hand.

Even limp like a drunk hobo.

Can still have some texture.

And the next day.

You can set your farts on fire with a bic lighter!

MCGA.

Make Cabbage Great Again!

Except for the Chinese, and what do they know about cooking.

How did I miss your post?

I dunno'.

Is that lamb or beef?

Where'd you get it?

The tacos greco look fantesticle!

And the xalapa jeek sauce.

Man.

That would be outstanding on any taco.

We're selling The Blues Casa right now.

And it has to look like a model home.

For showing.

So I can't cook or use the kitchen.

And I want to make those tacos.

Sucks to be me sometimes.

Did it come in a slab like a pork belly?

And you thin sliced it?

Or did they slice it?

I want to be wanting it.
no, they slice it real thin like that, I fry it up in a black betty, it sweats a lot of fat like bacon  :drooling:

I get the cucumbers and the green Jalas and some greek yogurt from one place
the tomato and lettuce were store bought as well, different day
the pitas from another place that makes em best but is always super busy/crowded
the meat from the butcher counter
the garlic scapes came from our garden
